Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's a singer/actress from the USA. Her birthplace was Huntington Woods and raised there. Bell is the daughter of Lorelei Frygier and Tom Bell. Kristen is of Polish descent (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen was already an accomplished entertainer in the early stages. She won her role as Raggedy Ann in 1992 after having attended her first audition. Bell was appointed by her mom to become an agent when she was only thirteen years old. She was then cast for newspaper ads and TV commercials. In the same year she began taking private acting lessons. Bell played a small part, uncredited for her part in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School, where she took part in drama and music club. In her school's production of The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. Bell was then transferred into New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater at the Tisch School of the Arts. Bell left the school in 2001, when she was cast in the role Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. That same year, she was in Pootie Tang, but the scene in which Bell appeared was cut. This meant that only her credit sequence exists. Bell was in the Broadway revival of The Crucible starring Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
